  Well Fed Artist Enterprises was formed out of my love for Art, Food, Wellness and just genuinely wanting to see people do better. 

     My mother was a chef while i was growing up. she had her own restaurant and catering business, yet still made time to cook my 3 siblings and I dinner every night. she showed me how much love was a part of food. from buying the freshest and healthiest ingredients, preparing it with full concentration, to serving it and watching loved ones ooh and ahh with joy and satisfaction

   My love for art came from earlier than I can remember. The colors and shapes were simply a part of me from the very beginning. I love to practice creativity in all aspects of my life including my hair, decorating, makeup, costumes and of course painting and other fine arts.

   And finally, we come to Wellness. Health and longevity hasn't always been my first priority, but over the last few years I have gone down the rabbit hole of different exercises and nutritional information so I could be the best version of myself. By following a plant-based lifestyle as well as a promise to myself to at least get outside and move every day, I look and feel so much better than I have in my adult life and I believe I can help you achieve great results as well!
